Hanging RACK 10" cabinets enable the installation of devices in places with limited space. The product allows the installation of several devices. The open back and broken out cable entries help with free wiring to the outside. The cabinet is used for installation, organization and storage of devices compliant with the 10 "standard:
- ICT equipment;
- monitoring;
- alarm systems;
- TV network;
- local LAN networks;
- home and industrial automation;
- devices in non-standard housings in any complex configuration.
New design, proven solution!
In the 10" series of server cabinets, we have used a new solution that speeds up and facilitates the assembly process. We have reduced the number of bolted elements to the required minimum, thanks to the use of a latch system. Thanks to this, the assembly of the cabinet is quick and convenient, and the structure remains stable. devices against external factors and mechanical damage.
- The design of the cabinet ensures proper heat dissipation from the interior, which protects devices from overheating. Vents are located at the front and the sides of the cabinet. The place for mounting the fan is located at the bottom and top of the cabinet (no fan included).
- A pair of mounting strips with adjustable depth.
- The product is available with metal or glass doors in two colours - RAL 7035 (light grey) or RAL 9005 (black).
- No back panel, side panels not dismantled.
- Self-assembly, flat-pack (manual and assembly kit included with the product).
- Possibility to hang the cabinet with expansion bolt (not included).
- Patent lock with a set of two keys.
Easy to break out cable opening.
Easy to break out double openings at the top and the bottom of the server cabinet. It allows the routing of cables, ensuring convenient installation of cables and assembly of devices.- Size of one cap (width, height): 80 x 50 mm.
- Total dimension: 160 x 50 mm.
Doors - easy to install, secure.
The doors are available in two versions:
- metal door (M) - cold-rolled steel;
- with glass (G) - 4 mm ANTISOL tempered glass.
Can be installed left/ right depending on your needs. The opening angle is 180 °, which ensures convenient access to the installed devices. The door is equipped with a patent lock (2 keys included).
Possibility to mount the fan at the bottom and top of the cabinet.
In the lower and upper part of the RACK 10" cabinet, there is a space for mounting a fan (not included in the set) with dimensions of 120 x 120 mm (screw spacing: 105 x 105 mm). This ensures adequate heat dissipation from the inside of the cabinet.Ventilation openings.
Proper air circulation is essential to maintain the proper operation of devices/installations inside the cabinet. That is why we made additional ventilation openings in the upper and lower part of our RACK cabinet, at the front and on the sides.
Mounting strips with adjustable depth!
A pair of front mounting strips are connected to the body with screws. This solution allows for mounting the strips at one of the three depth levels.
Mounting bolt spacing: every 30 mm.
This ensures maximum convenience in arranging the internal space of the RACK cabinet. The strips allow the attachment of RACK accessories with a width of 10 inches, also available in our assortment.
Mounting holes.
Mounting holes in the rear part of the structure allow the cabinet to be hung with expansion bolts. It is also possible to hang the server cabinet on hooks for easy assembly/disassembly.
The product is intended for self-assembly!
Thanks to the uncomplicated design the assembly is easy, fast and intuitive. The set includes a mounting kit and clear instructions (also available for download in the product details tab).Fast and safe delivery!
Thanks to the construction for self-assembly the product is in a flat pack. This significantly reduces the dimensions during transport. Each of our products has a dedicated box made of three-layer cardboard, while the free space is filled with polystyrene.
